Refund policy

At sass & scent.co, we take great care to ensure that all our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to you. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used candles. However, if you receive a damaged product due to shipping, we will be happy to replace it or provide a refund. Please provide photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery to facilitate the process.

If the candle is damaged during shipping, you may return any unused candles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
