Order Processing At sass & scent, all our candles are handcrafted with love in Australia. Once your order is placed, our team will carefully prepare and set your candles for 3-5 days to ensure the highest quality before they are ready for shipping.

Shipping Times We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. After the 3-5 day setting period, your order will be shipped via our trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia:

Metro Areas: 2-5 business days Regional Areas: 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount check our website for current promotions!

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Returns and Exchanges Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@sassandscent.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a resolution.
